America, they're lying to you--there is NO health care crisis!

My husband and I cannot afford cable, so we don't watch Fox News unless we are visiting someone who is watching Fox News. We don't watch the alphabet media at all, unless we're in the mood for some levity or a screaming match with the TV. Certainly health insurance could use some tweaking, but it isn't a crisis, just a problem to work on. I have relatives in Canada--Canada is considering going back to private insurance because the government run health care is such a dismal failure. Benefit caps are one of the things that also need to be tweaked. It is a problem, not a crisis.

Illegal immigrants are a drain on all of society. I'm sorry if you think it harsh, but rewarding these criminals for their lawbreaking is senseless. In no way, shape or form, should those who cross the borders illegally be allowed to stay simply because they have a baby while they're here. The baby, at best, has dual citizenship; at worse it could be argued the baby has no US citizenship because neither of the parents are US citizens.

So...those of you who support universal health care, aka Obama(s)care, how do you think universal health care should be paid for? Are you willing to pay higher taxes so that everyone else can benefit from your hard work? And, how do you like the socialized health care that you have today? It isn't government-run, but it is still socialized medicine--you have an insurance bureaucrat between you and your doctor instead of a government bureaucrat. The insurance company tells you what doctors you can see, what drugs you can take, and makes you get permission for any high-end tests and hospitalizations. So, do you like it? Probably not. But, with all the irritations, the insurance companies usually pay the bills (with few exceptions), and while we are left to deal with co-insurance and co-pays, we DID manage to get our health care in a timely fashion without waiting weeks or months for surgery and other procedures.

Yes, I'm angry, but not for the reasons you might think. It is true that I don't want a health care bill stuffed down my throat. What makes me most angry is to see so many congressmen ignore their constituents' wishes. The anger you are seeing expressed at town hall meetings (aside from the hired thugs used for intimidation) started when congressmen didn't read bills on which they were voting (because they weren't given the time). It simmered a little more when they voted for legislation against what constituents were telling them to do. Health care is just one more example of what congressmen are going to vote for without any regard to the wishes of the constituents who hired them.

Congressmen are not our "overlords," they are hired servants--public servants. Do the majority of Americans support Obama's legislation? I guess we'll see in November 2010--I hope the answer is a resounding "NO!"

The following is my reply to John Perna per a US Patent Application filed, with one aspect of the patent being for the Swine Flu virus vaccine (H1N1). The patent application was filed long before the Mexican Swine Flu supposedly came forward as a new strain of virus coming out of a "Pig Farm" in Mexico.

In John's post copied in part below my reply, he thought the patent application for the H1N1 vaccine was from 2008 shortly before the swine flue broke out in Mexico.

I am familiar with patents, so I took a look at the US Patent and Trademark site to verify what he was bringing forward was correct and found he was in error. The original application was actually filed in 2007. Long before the virus was staged as an outbreak of "a new viral strain" in Mexico. [end quote]

Discussing Religion & Politics is Healthy!

Isn't that a great headline? Stole it from an email I received. :D This post has nothing to do with religion and plenty to do with politics. I'm becoming a real political hound! :D Actually, it is really just a "stream of consciousness" blog, but hopefully all salient points none-the-less.

I am sick and tired of socialist Obama trolls and Republican wannabees going on and on about how the birth certificate has been shown online, proven by Factcheck, the LA Times, and Snopes (all "independent" investigative sources--NOT). Most of us know that Factcheck is an arm of the Annenberg Foundation for whom Obama used to work doing his "community organizing." Snopes was "outed" during this whole mess--a husband and wife team working from their kitchen table, doing little to no research and often times not posting the truth even when corrected by the people and organizations involved. The LA Times likely did no investigation of their own, choosing instead to rely on Snopes and Factcheck as their sources (birds of a feather flock together).

Personally, I think the birth certificate is IRRELEVANT because Obama's father was a foreign student at the time of his birth (that means "not a citizen" for the LA Times readers). I also think it is likely that Obama was born in Honolulu as he says--well, let's just say that Hawaii has a greater probability of being the truth than Kenya. Location is irrelevant, because my research (and my plagiarized research) of the laws, treatises and writings from long ago lead me to believe that the intended definition of a "natural born citizen" is one born to citizen parents (plural) on sovereign soil (in the U.S.). Using this definition, Obama cannot, and never will be, a natural born citizen. Obama Sr. was a British subject at the time of O's birth, making his son a dual citizen AT BIRTH. It doesn't matter whether he accepted or rejected his British citizenship as an adult--which by the way would make him a "naturalized" citizen not a natural born citizen. Certainly, O is a citizen--just not a natural born citizen. It saddens me to know that the majority of Americans don't understand the difference between the two.

Also bothersome is the withholding of so many other records that would further clarify O's citizenship status as an adult: college records (did he receive aid as a foreign student?), and travel records, including passports (how does a skinny college kid who arrived in NYC without two nickels to rub together go on a 'round-the-world trip a month later?). Remember way back during the primaries there was some flack about some contract employees accessing the passport records of Clinton, McCain and Obama? It is my personal opinion that O's records were the target (for scrubbing) and that Clinton and McCain were used for "cover." Did you know that the government's star witness (one of the accused who had turned state's evidence) was shot and killed outside his car? Hmmm, mighty convenient.

O and his minions are so full of fraud, greed, and corruption--it's just pathetic that people keep defending him. I say, cut your losses folks and admit he's a failure. He's a cheap Chicago thug. Admit this isn't the change you had in mind when you voted for him. It also isn't the change that he promised during the campaign. It is time to admit that you've been had so that we can set out together to Restore the Republic.

It is time to admit that our republic's government is too large, both at the federal and state levels, and that deep cuts are needed. And, it IS a republic, a democratic republic. It is NOT a democracy, which is mob rule--where 51% of the people tell the other 49% how to live and what to do. It is time to close our southern border. Let them immigrate legally like so many other Americans.

And, we are ALL Americans--not African Americans, Arab Americans, Latino Americans, etc. America is a melting pot of differing cultures, but all those cultures must melt into the same pot or you get the social divisions we have today. All the European immigrants who made it through Ellis Island adopted the language, the laws, and American culture and history as their own. Yes, my dear Mexicans, they learned English! They were allowed to practice their respective religions without interference--we Americans are a tolerant bunch. (The only time Democrats practice tolerance is when they want the Republicans to be tolerant as the Democrats chip away at yet one more Constitutional principle. Does the Democratic Party know they've been "assimilated" by the socialist borg?)

Marxism is a fraud--look how well it has worked for Russia. Oh, you think the Russians just did it wrong? They were just too oppressive? Have you looked at O's government lately? Listened to any of Janet Napolitano's DHS alerts? Been to any of the Democrats' Town Halls? Did someone say intimidation, repression, suppression and oppression?

Now let's talk directly to the Republicans and Conservatives--no those two terms are NOT synonyms for the same thing. The Republicans, for the most part, have gone along with most of the "chipping away" that has been done to the Constitution. Contrary to what some conservatives may think, we didn't arrive at this point overnight. It has taken the socialists (aka progressives) some time to poke this many holes in our revered Constitution. Republicans used to be the party of conservatism, common sense, small government and strong defense. Not any more.

So...what's a conservative to do? Quit saying you don't have time to get involved. You MUST get involved. Uninvolved citizenry is how we got to where we are today. Stop whining, get off the couch, make a few sacrifices in your "hectic schedule" and seek out other conservatives who also want to Restore the Republic. You'll need to make monetary sacrifices, too. My husband and I are poorer than church mice. It seems as though we're always trying to juggle paying for prescriptions (just our co-pays, we have insurance--such as it is), groceries and gas for the cars. I'm disabled and unable to work. My salary was the larger of the two. We've been barely scraping by for over three years. Last pay day I sacrificed most of my grocery money in order to give money to my party chairman. He works full time building and laying the foundation for our party. I didn't think it was possible for anyone to be poorer than us...it was rather nice to give to someone else for a change, even if we did live on bologna sandwiches until the next payday. The chairman and his wife make untold sacrifices every day.

So...what are you going to sacrifice for your country? If it is anything less than time and money, then it isn't enough. Some of us have more time than money. Some of us have more money than time. The signers of the Declaration of Independence pledged their lives, their fortunes and their sacred honor. Nearly all of them paid with their lives, their fortunes and their sacred honor. I ask again, what are you willing to sacrifice for your country? Not your political party, but your country.

When it comes to fighting for our Republic, for our independence from the tyranny that is already upon us, how much is enough? In the words of John Rockefeller, "just a little bit more." No, Restoring our Republic won't be easy...but it is the right and honorable thing to do. Are you going to take Easy Street, or the rocky dirt path?

Will you fight to save our Republic? You know, the future of our Republic depends upon you. Each of you. It is time to get off the couch, turn off the TV and become engaged in the body politic. Have we spilled American blood over these 233 years for nothing? We lost thousands on D-Day alone, not to mention the rest of the war. Are you going to let her go without even trying?

Will you fight to save our Republic? I am NOT advocating an armed action against our government. But I do want to see each and every American working to Restore our Republic.

[Blogger's note: I am utterly outraged by this travesty perpetrated by the West Los Angeles VA Hospital staff. It boggles my mind that an organization whose purpose is to care for America's veterans can threaten, harrass, and give away the farm while no one seems to care. The wealthy home owners subdivision couldn't afford to pay for their own fence?! The hospital buildings have been emptied so that the TV show "Grey's Anatomy" can be filmed there?! Will someone please explain to me how these two things (and the countless others mentioned) qualify as taking care of our veterans?]

THE VA POLICE ACTED STUPIDLY

An Open Letter to General Eric K. Shinseki, Secretary, Department of Veterans Affairs

Dear Mr. Secretary:

If [Alleged] President Obama thought that the Cambridge police "acted stupidly" in the treatment of the elderly Henry Gates at his own home, what will he think when he learns how his Administration's VA police treated elderly Veterans at their own National Home in Los Angeles?

Since you were appointed Secretary of the Department of Veterans Affairs more than six months ago, I have repeatedly and respectfully pleaded with you on behalf of our fellow Veterans to do the right thing and rescind the long-term, rent-free "sharing agreement" that the VA has with a special-interest homeowner group to build a public park on Veterans sacred land.

And over the past six months, you have repeatedly and disrespectfully ignored this plea.

The VA entered into this privileged agreement with Veterans Park Conservancy, which is not a Veterans organization but a wealthy, non-profit homeowners group, and they want to turn our Veterans property into their own community amusement park and entertainment center.

Mr. Secretary, it's become quite obvious that you, like your predecessors, are answering to the "wants" of this pushy and self-serving homeowners group and not to the "needs" of America's Veterans whom you were appointed to serve.

You have completely ignored our respectful requests that your Department honor the 1887 Act of Congress that directed the construction and permanent maintenance of a National Home for Disabled Volunteer Soldiers.

Section 2) of the Congressional Act specifically states: "That all honorably discharged soldiers and sailors who served in the regular and volunteer forces of the United States, and who are disabled by disease, wounds, or otherwise, and who have no adequate means of support, and by reason of such disability are incapable of earning their living, shall be entitled to be admitted to said home for disabled volunteer soldiers ..."

On March 3, 1888, John P. Jones and Arcadia B. de Baker patriotically responded to this Congressional directive and benevolently deeded more than 300 acres of desirable and advantageous land in accordance with the Congressional Act.

Moreover, the Deed of 1888 states no less than six times that this sacred land is being entrusted to the United States Government on behalf of America's Veterans "to be permanently maintained as a National Home for Disabled Volunteer Soldiers."

For over a century, every generation of grateful Americans honored this Deed and it's moral promise to provide America's Veterans with a National Home of quietude to heal from war.

However, over recent years this sacred land has been pillaged, plundered and given away at the painful expense of America's Veterans.

As a result of the VA's negligence and refusal to honor the 1887 Congressional Act and the Deed of 1888, there are more than 20,000 "homeless" Veterans living on the dangerous streets of Los Angeles, even though this is their rightful "Home."

For the past 73 consecutive Sundays, loyal Veterans in their 80s, 70s, and 60s (some in wheelchairs) from World War II and the Korean and Vietnam Wars, have held peaceful and non-violent demonstrations opposing the public park and other leases that blatantly abuse and misuse Veterans property.

In absolute defiance and opposition to this responsible protest, your Department has shamelessly stalked us, spied upon us, lied to us, intimidated, challenged, threatened, insulted and persecuted us, and we have done absolutely nothing wrong.

To the contrary, we have been legally exercising our First Amendment Right to peacefully assemble and protest against our government for violating the Congressional Act of 1887 and the Deed of 1888.

Because you have refused to acknowledge our requests to rescind the public park agreement, we hung the American Flag upside down in a "Distress" mode, in accordance with the U.S. Flag Code, Title 36, U.S.C., Chapter 10, as amended by P. L. 344, 94th Congress, approved July 7, 1976, and under 176, (a) "The flag should never be displayed with the union down, except as a signal of dire distress in instances of extreme danger to life or property."

Make no mistake Mr. Secretary; our Veterans property is in extreme danger and the lives of Veteran patients are in extreme danger because this property and their health care facilities have been diminished and seriously deteriorated because of the abuse and misuse by the very people who are entrusted to protect it.

In addition, our fellow Veterans at the Sunday Rallies now have their own lives endangered because of the ill-advised thugs who have verbally assaulted us and challenged us to physically fight. We have refused to lower ourselves to this despicable and violent conduct and remain non-violent demonstrators.

As fellow Veterans and American Citizens, we are simply exercising our First Amendment Right to assemble and protest, and to hang the American Flag upside down in accordance with the U.S. Flag Code. Lest the Department of Veterans Affairs has forgotten, it is the Veterans who have defended the United States Constitution and the American Flag.

Mr. Secretary, your Department's bureaucratic attack dogs and VA police have denied America's Veterans the Constitutional Rights that they have defended for all others. This is reprehensible!

You have been informed repeatedly of these despicable violations against these elderly and honorable Veterans. Instead of rectifying these intrusive and flagrant violations by the West Los Angeles VA, it has dramatically increased and expanded during your brief watch as Secretary of the Department of Veterans Affairs.

If all of these transgressions were not disgusting enough, I recently received a "United States District Court Notice" via U.S. Certified Mail from the Department of Veterans Affairs in West Los Angeles.

The notice contained a citation issued by VA police "officer Dougherty," badge #2576.

This federal citation states that the "The Offense" was for the "unauthorized demonstration or service in a national cemetery or on other VA property." It further states that the "Place of Offense" supposedly occurred at "11301 Wilshire Blvd (Fence)"

The fine is $15 and the processing fee is $25. The cost of the Certified letter was $5.40, yet the VA police could have cited me at the purported "Place of Offense."

I do not need to expound upon the absurdity of all this, but the VA police acting under the orders of your Departmental bureaucrats have taken "stupidly" to a whole new level. The real tragedy is that they are getting paid by American citizens to intimidate and violate the rights of elderly Veterans who served to defend our nation's freedom and safety.

These buffoonish bureaucrats squandered Veterans health care money by ordering a U.S. Government surveillance van to spy on innocent Veterans who are simply trying to protect their own land.

And these same buffoons gave $1 million of Veterans sorely needed health care money to the self-serving homeowner group so they could build a pretentious wrought iron fence to "beautify" the entryway into Brentwood.

When you scroll down to DO NOT DISPLAY YOUR FLAG (Correspondence with the VA), you will see the proper response to Ms. Lynn Carrie, associate director of the West LA VA and her wrongful challenge to our hanging our Flags and Banners on the VA fence.

Within that correspondence is a photo of the 200 foot long green banner (the color of Islamic - Muslim religion) that hung on the fence of the Los Angeles National Veterans Cemetery. Mr. Secretary, you and your VA bureaucrats didn't do squat, even though VA bureaucrat Ralph Tillman purported in an e-mail that the surveillance van within 100 feet of where we Rally was actually hired to monitor these Iranian protesters a half-mile away.

Even worse, attached is a photo of the crime that I've been charged with by the VA police and your Department of Veterans Affairs, which is: a) hanging the American Flag in a "Distress" mode, b) hanging the POW / MIA Flag, and c) hanging the Purple Heart banner, on the VA fence.

It is simply disgraceful (and stupid) for the Department of Veterans Affairs to cite me for hanging the American Flag, POW / MIA Flag and the Purple Heart banner in defense of our sacred property, yet you allow non-Veterans to irreverently hang a religious symbol where 85,000 American heroes are buried, including 14 recipients of the Medal of Honor.

In addition to respectfully requesting that you rescind the public park agreement on behalf of America's Veterans, I have also respectfully requested the resignation of the following VA bureaucrats or for you to terminate their employment at the VA Greater West Los Angeles Healthcare System (VA GWLAHS):

• Ronald Norby, Director of the VA Desert Pacific Healthcare Network (Long Beach)
• Donna Beiter, Executive Director, VA GWLAHS
• Lynn Carrier, Associate Director, VA GWLAHS

• Captain Ronald Mathis, Chief of Police and Security, VA GWLAHS

Instead of doing the right thing and terminating at least one of these incompetent government employees, you have actually given all of them more bureaucratic power and authority to work against us and to violate our Constitutional Rights.

Mr. Secretary, maybe it's time for you to resign.

IT IS LEGAL for Iranian protesters to hang a 200 foot green banner (the color of Islamic - Muslim religion) on the fence of the Los Angeles National Cemetery where 85,000 American Veterans are buried.

IT IS ILLEGAL for America's Veterans to hang the American Flag in a "Distress" mode on the VA fence when their property is endangered, along with the POW / MIA Flag and the Purple Heart banner.

IT IS ILLEGAL for America's Veterans to hang a banner on the VA fence that says "We Support Our Troops." Steve Palmer, an 86-year old World War II Veteran in his mobile wheelchair is interrogated and harassed by two armed federal VA police officers outside the largest VA in the nation during a Sunday Rally to "Save Our Veterans Home." The banner seen between the two police officers is hanging on the Veterans fence and it says "We Support Our Troops" along with the five seals of the branches of our Armed Forces. Veterans were told to remove the banner and I was threatened with arrest for taking this photo.

An Open Letter to Those in Political Leadership...

The following letter is rapidly circulating around the country. Americans everywhere identify with this 53-year-old woman. She has eloquently expressed what we've been struggling to say. (Her letter was read on the Glenn Beck show.) Once you read this, you will want to forward it to all of your friends...no, send it to all of your elected representatives and senators. Tell them you will remember in November! I wish I had written this letter, but I didn't. That won't stop me from using it on my elected representatives, from the local precinct on up.

GLENN BECK: I got a letter from a woman in Arizona. She writes an open letter to our nation's leadership:

I'm a home grown American citizen, 53, registered Democrat all my life. Before the last presidential election I registered as a Republican because I no longer felt the Democratic Party represents my views or works to pursue issues important to me. Now I no longer feel the Republican Party represents my views or works to pursue issues important to me. The fact is I no longer feel any political party or representative in Washington represents my views or works to pursue the issues important to me. There must be someone. Please tell me who you are. Please stand up and tell me that you are there and that you're willing to fight for our Constitution as it was written. Please stand up now. You might ask yourself what my views and issues are that I would horribly feel so disenfranchised by both major political parties. What kind of nut job am I? Will you please tell me?

Well, these are briefly my views and issues for which I seek representation:

One, illegal immigration. I want you to stop coddling illegal immigrants and secure our borders. Close the underground tunnels. Stop the violence and the trafficking in drugs and people. No amnesty, not again. Been there, done that, no resolution. P.S., I'm not a racist. This isn't to be confused with legal immigration.

Two, the TARP bill. I want it repealed and I want no further funding supplied to it. We told you no, but you did it anyway. I want the remaining unfunded 95% repealed. Freeze, repeal.

Three, Czars. I want the circumvention of our checks and balances stopped immediately. Fire the czars. No more czars. Government officials answer to the process, not to the president. Stop trampling on our Constitution and honor it.

Four, cap and trade. The debate on global warming is now over. There is no more to say.

Five, universal health care. I will not be rushed into another expensive decision. Don't you dare try to pass this in the middle of the night and then go on break. Slow down!

Six, growing government control. I want states rights and sovereignty fully restored. I want less government in my life, not more. Shrink it down. Mind your own business. You have enough to take care of with your real obligations. Why don't you start there?

Seven, ACORN. I do not want ACORN and/or its affiliates in charge of our 2010 census. I want them investigated. I also do not want mandatory escrow fees contributed to them every time on every real estate deal that closes. Stop the funding to ACORN and its affiliates pending impartial audits and investigations. I do not trust them with taking the census over with our taxpayer money. I don't trust them with our taxpayer money. [Nor does this blogger trust them to accurately perform an accurate census.] Face up to the allegations against them and get it resolved before taxpayers get any more involved with them. If it walks like a duck and talks like a duck, hello. Stop protecting your political buddies. You work for us, the people. Investigate.

Eight, redistribution of wealth. No, no, no. I work for my money. It is mine. I have always worked for people with more money than I have because they gave me jobs. That is the only redistribution of wealth that I will support. I never got a job from a poor person. Why do you want me to hate my employers? Why—what do you have against shareholders making a profit?

Nine, charitable contributions. Although I never got a job from a poor person, I have helped many in need. Charity belongs in our local communities, where we know our needs best and can use our local talent and our local resources. Butt out, please. We want to do it ourselves.

Ten, corporate bailouts. Knock it off. Sink or swim like the rest of us. If there are hard times ahead, we'll be better off just getting into it and letting the strong survive. Quick and painful. Have you ever ripped off a Band-Aid? We will pull together. Great things happen in America under great hardship. Give us the chance to innovate. We cannot disappoint you more than you have disappointed us.

Eleven, transparency and accountability. How about it? No, really, how about it? Let's have it. Let's say we give the buzzwords a rest and have some straight honest talk. Please try—please stop manipulating and trying to appease me with clever wording. I am not the idiot you obviously take me for. Stop sneaking around and meeting in back rooms making deals with your friends. It will only be a prelude to your criminal investigation. Stop hiding things from me.

Twelve, unprecedented quick spending. Stop it now. Take a breath. Listen to the people. Let's just slow down and get some input from some nonpoliticians on the subject. Stop making everything an emergency. Stop speed reading our bills into law. I am not an activist. I am not a community organizer. Nor am I a terrorist, a militant or a violent person. I am a parent and a grandparent. I work. I'm busy. I'm busy. I am busy, and I am tired. I thought we elected competent people to take care of the business of government so that we could work, raise our families, pay our bills, have a little recreation, complain about taxes, endure our hardships, pursue our personal goals, cut our lawn, wash our cars on the weekends and be responsible contributing members of society and teach our children to be the same all while living in the home of the free and land of the brave.

I entrusted you with upholding the Constitution. I believed in the checks and balances to keep from getting far off course. What happened? You are very far off course. Do you really think I find humor in the hiring of a speed reader to unintelligently ramble all through a bill that you signed into law without knowing what it contained? I do not. It is a mockery of the responsibility I have entrusted to you. It is a slap in the face. I am not laughing at your arrogance. Why is it that I feel as if you would not trust me to make a single decision about my own life and how I would live it, BUT you expect that I should trust you with the debt that you have laid on all of us and our children. We did not want the TARP bill. We said no. We would repeal it if we could. I am not sure that we still cannot. There is such urgency and recklessness in all of the recent spending.

From my perspective, it seems that all of you have gone insane. I also know that I am far from alone in these feelings. Do you honestly feel that your current pursuits have merit to patriotic Americans? We want it to stop. We want to put the brakes on everything that is being rushed by us and forced upon us. We want our voice back. You have forced us to put our lives on hold to straighten out the mess that you are making. We will have to give up our vacations, our time spent with our children, any relaxation time we may have had and money we cannot afford to spend on you to bring our concerns to Washington. Our president often knows all the right buzzwords are unsustainable. Well, no kidding. How many tens of thousands of dollars did the focus group cost to come up with that word? We don't want your overpriced words. Stop treating us like we're morons.

We want all of you to stop focusing on your reelection and do the job we want done, not the job you want done or the job your party wants done. You work for us and at this rate I guarantee you not for long because we are coming. We will be heard and we will be represented. You think we're so busy with our lives that we will never come for you? We are the formerly silent majority, all of us who quietly work, pay taxes, obey the law, vote, save money, keep our noses to the grindstone and we are now looking up at you. You have awakened us, the patriotic spirit so strong and so powerful that has been sleeping too long. You have pushed us too far. Our numbers are great. They may surprise you. For every one of us who will be there, there will be hundreds more that could not come. Unlike you, we have their trust. We will represent them honestly, rest assured...they will be at the polls on voting day to usher you out of office. We have cancelled vacations. We will use our last few dollars saved. We will find the representation among us and grassroots campaigns will flourish. We didn't ask for this fight. But the gloves are coming off. We do not come in violence, but we are angry. You will represent us or you will be replaced with someone who will. There are candidates among us which will rise like a Phoenix from the ashes that you have made of our Constitution.

Democrat, Republican, Independent, Libertarian: understand this—we don't care! Political parties are meaningless to us. Patriotic Americans who are willing to do right by us and our Constitution is all that matters to us now. We are going to fire all of you who abuse power and seek more. It is not your power. It is ours and we want it back...we entrusted you with it and you abused it. You are dishonorable. You are dishonest. As Americans we are ashamed of you. You have brought shame to us. If you are not representing the wants and needs of your constituency loudly and consistently, in spite of the objections of your party, you will be fired. Did you hear? We no longer care about your political parties. You need to be loyal to us, not to them. Because we will get you fired and they will not save you.

If you do or can represent me, my issues, my views, please stand up. Make your identity known. You need to make some noise about it. Speak up. I need to know who you are. If you do not speak up, you will be herded out with the rest of the sheep and we will replace the whole damn congress if need be one by one. We are coming. Are we coming for you? Few people know the prima facie facts tied to the Obama’s mother’s 1964 and 1980 divorces as well as a handful of us here on Free Republic. I know it probably better than most.

When I started looking at the date (Feb 17, 1964) on this new Kenyan birth certificate, I immediately started comparing it with the dates of the 1964 divorce between Obama's mother and father – TRYING to REFUTE the Kenyan birth certificate. Was it at all PLAUSIBLE, at least based upon what we know as prima facie facts, confirmed by an independent source – such as a judge in a divorce case? If you wish to refer back to this initial comparison, the information is on Post 2,222 of the Free Republic thread "Is this really it? (re: possible Obama's Kenyan B.C.)".

There’s been a fair number of fake Obama documents surfacing in the days and weeks leading up to the release of the Kenyan birth certificate, quickly debunked, designed to create confusion of prima facie – so, many of us are naturally suspicious. You can cry “wolf” only so many times before others stop believing you, even though later there may truly be a wolf. That said, I'm not a forensics expert, nor have I seen the Kenya birth certificate – but I can connect dots.

Although ANY document can be faked, I find it incredibly difficult to believe that a sneaky pro-Obama “operative” came up with a fake document that also plausibly MATCHES the timeline of the 1964 Obama divorce and other events, as well as the new Kenyan birth certificate does. Anything is possible of course, but I see the Kenya birth certificate as a believable document – for various reasons that I’ll outline below.

Not all of the deductive reasoning used in Post 2,222 came from 13-page divorce decree. For example, information regarding the 10-day "knock and nail" notification for Obama SR in Boston came from work with a local Private Investigator and a clerk in a Hawaii Court records office (who will remain nameless to eschew FURTHER harassment to them from the Left). These “contacts” also explained that Marriage and Birth Certificates are NOT Public Record in Hawaii, but divorce decrees ARE Public Record. However, documents that are NOT Public Record have occasionally “popped-up” mixed in with Public Records upon modern review, due to sloppy record-keeping decades ago, as well as changes to Hawaiian privacy statutes since the cases were judged.

Additionally … there's the issue of the missing page from the 1964 divorce papers … page 11 …

In assisting with the retrieval of the initial 8 pages a couple of weeks before Obama’s Inauguration, I and a few other researchers subsequently discovered from the clerk in Hawaii that there were 6 MORE pages, or 14 total pages total. The clerk read the index information directly from the microfiche machine over the phone when the request was placed. “14 pages total,” she said, very clearly, repeating the answer when queried several more times on the page count.

I mailed off a check for the other 6 pages to be sent. Imagine my surprise a few days later when I opened the envelope and only saw 5 pages – page 11 was missing – bringing the total page count to 13.

I immediately called the clerk in Hawaii and asked where the extra page was. She looked, and counted, and said that there must be some mistake in the records – she counted only 13 pages that are available for reprint. I pointed out to her that the page count she sent skipped from page 10 to page 12 – page 11 was missing. To that, she suggested that perhaps the pages were simply misnumbered before they where archived into the microfiche.

I accepted her answer, not thinking much about it at the time. Perhaps it was just a clerical error in the 1960s, when hand-filed paper records and IBM punch cards were how court documents were tracked and maintained.

I have since come to learn that Obama and his team of lawyers have been working to sanitize his records since he announced that he'd run for President circa November 2004. Now in the White House, he’s still ACTIVELY blocking subpoenas for such documents as his Cambridge and Occidental College records TODAY – the same type of documents promised to be made available during his campaign. Obama and his lawyers are exceedingly adept at exploiting loopholes in Hawaiian birth certificate law to keep Obama’s past hidden from the American people.

This missing page – page 11 – very likely is a copy of the original birth certificate, based upon the prima facie timeline of the 1964 divorce. The Kenya birth certificate was likely requested on Jan 23, 1964 by either Judge King (to award custody on the next trial date), or recommended to Ann Dunham by her attorney for the ex parte divorce, where only one parent was expected to be present.

The missing page, 11, should be chronologically-numbered as all other pages were in the original docket file, by the court clerk at the time. Starting at page 8, Exhibit A is placed where it would have occurred by date in the paperwork (and appeared on microfiche), even denoting an erased, yet barely-readable "8" on both pages of the returned notification sent to Obama SR. The missing page, numbered as page 11, would likely be a page that would have been admitted to the divorce file sometime in mid- to late-February 1964 – almost as if it were an undocumented “Exhibit B”.

Here’s a very plausible timeline merging the 1964 Obama Divorce papers and new Kenya birth certificate:

Jan 20 (Mon) – divorce request is filed by Stanley Ann D. Obama
Jan 23 (Thur) – divorce orders for trial are given by Judge King at chambers (note – if the judge, or Ann Dunham’s attorney, told her to order the Kenya birth certificate, it would have been mailed 10,000 miles away, to the “Coast Province” Registrar’s office of the “Republic of Kenya”, likely arriving around the first week of February 1964 to be processed)
Jan 28 (Tue) – Gail A. Watanabe, presumably an assistant of Ann Obama attorney George Kerr, mails the notification for trial to Obama SR (her affidavit is signed Feb 3 and filed)
Jan 30 (Thur) – via Air Mail, notification of trial arrives at Obama SR’s Cambridge, Mass, address. The 10-day "knock and nail" notification would have expired on Sun, Feb 9. Therefore, the next trial date would have been automatically set, per Judge King’s instructions, for the first Tuesday, 30 days later, on March 3
Feb 10 (Mon) – allowing for a 10-day “knock and nail” notification for trial, Obama SR's trial notification would have been retrieved by the US Post Office on this date, to be mailed back (as events turned out – UNSIGNED by Obama SR) to Hawaii as an exhibit for trial
Feb 17 (Mon) – the Obama Kenya birth certificate is signed by the “Coast Province” Deputy Registrar, to be mailed back to Hawaii for receipt by Ann Obama and/or her attorney (note: mail time would have ranged from a few days (Air Mail) to a couple of weeks (ship), arriving back in Hawaii in the last week of February to first week of March 3 (Tue). Based upon Judge King’s Jan 23 orders for the next trial date, "at 9:30 a.m. on the first Tuesday after thirty (30) days have elapsed from and after the date" that Obama SR would have been served with the notice of trial. That notification came back, unsigned, by Obama SR, so Ann’s attorneys surely requested, and received Default Judgment for the divorce in her favor for “grievous mental suffering”
Mar 5 (Thur) – trial takes place in favor of divorce in Hawaii, placing custody of Obama JR to his mother by default (note: the trial was likely rescheduled 2 days after the automatically set date of Mar 3, possibly for the convenience of the judge and/or parties)
Mar 20 (Fri) – the divorce decree is signed by Judge King

In Hawaii, birth certificates are not Public Record. If the Kenya birth certificate was a part of the divorce decree, it may have been pulled out at the end of the trial, or more recently by a watchful archivist or attorneys wishing to remove unfavorable information about Obama.

To date, despite other honest attempts to refute the Kenya birth certificate, such as dealing with when the “Republic of Kenya” came into existence as a republic have been “un-bunked.” Dishonest alterations of the Kenya birth certificate have been maliciously created by sites such as Democratic Underground, designed to discredit the Kenya birth certificate – they’ve been un-bunked as well.

Having not actually seeing the Kenya birth certificate, and it’s chain of evidence, no intellectually-honest person can say if it’s real or not. By the same token, none of us have seen or touched the short-form “Certification of Live Birth” that has appeared on Obama’s “Fight the Smears” or FactCheck.org websites.

No one can confirm the chain of evidence of Obama’s “Certification of Live Birth” that has appeared online, which is the abbreviated-version of Obama’s true, 1961, original long-form(s) “Certificate of Live Birth” and associated vital statistics records. Even the Hawaii Department of Health directly refuses to verify Obama’s online COLBs.

Hawaiian law would have allowed for Obama to have been born in a foreign country. The “Certification of Live Birth” can’t confirm if Obama has EVER been eligible to hold the office of Commander in Chief, based upon loopholes in pre-statehood, transitional and current Hawaiian statutes. Inconsistencies, such as conflicting hospitals in Hawaii that Obama, his friends and family have publicly-stated he may have been born only add to the confusion. Obama’s abstract “Certification of Live Birth” doesn't tell us if there were ANY "certifying officials" present who independent verified the "facts" of his birth – it's anyone's guess.

Obama himself cannot guaranty that he was born on American soil – really, who can remember their own childbirth?! Furthermore, his mother’s whereabouts are unconfirmed, inconsistent, and unknown, from the time of Obama’s conception, until a few weeks or months after his birth.

Thus is the purpose of Medical Doctors, Nurses, Midwives and Registrars, acting as "Certifying Officials" of a birth, to ensure the integrity – or chain of evidence – of the birth certificate to be properly recorded within Vital Statistics archives. Judges presiding over divorces ALSO produce a verifiable paper trail, as we can see on the 1964 Obama divorce.

At this time, both Birth Certificates from Kenya and Hawaii lack a publicly-exhibited, independently-verifiable chain of evidence – and chain of custody. As such, the Obama Kenyan birth certificate is as strong and believable a document as the Hawaiian “Certification of Live Birth”. However, Obama’s Kenyan birth certificate possesses something the Certification does not – plausibility, based upon independent prima facie facts – the 1964 Obama divorce decree.
