Jeff Schreiber once again hits the nail on the head on this one. Here's a little bit just to whet your whistle:

I am so angry right now as an American that, by God, I need to hit something. I feel a bit like a tiger in a cage, pacing back and forth, fuming, snarling, waiting for the next handler stupid enough to unlock that door.

The budget details are out. The White House calls it "A New Era of Responsibility." I ask -- responsibility to whom?

The American people are being pissed on and told that it’s raining. Our ship is sinking, but we’re being told they’re just drawing us a bath. We are being lied to over and over and over again and I, for one, am just tired of it.

Between the $410 appropriations bill approved by the House yesterday, last week’s commitment of $275 billion to artificially prop up homeowners too short-sighted or too gluttonous to realize their financial limitations, the president’s need for a $634 billion healthcare reform plan, and the $787 billion signed away for the latest attempt at a Keynesian recovery destined to fail like all other such plans in history, our federal government has spent or has committed to spend roughly $2.1 trillion in the past two weeks alone.

I think maybe I'll move to Afghanistan and look for an empty cave to hide in. After all, Al Qaida isn't using them any more and sometime soon all the Hamas terrorists from Gaza will be "migrating" to the United States via the invitation issued by our usurper President Obama.

Jeff Schreiber isn't the only person who is angry. I'm angry enough to bite a ten-penny nail in two. Jeff wants to hit something. It is time for a citizen revolt, for outraged voters to be heard. I know there are more of us than there are of them, because they kill their unborn, help each other commit suicide, and practice "mercy killings," aka euthanasia. Fortunately for my Kansas U.S. Senators and U.S. Representative, they all voted "no" on the porkulus bill. I haven't yet checked how they voted on the "appropriations" bill.

Folks, people are organizing and getting ready to burst with protests. Again, I say get involved. America needs you to be involved. Each and everyone of you. There are many projects, and they are suitable for both the young and the not so young. You are never too old to get involved, and I would venture to say that you're never too young to get involved. After all, they're brainwashing your children in public school to be good little socialists. If you don't correct it early and immediately, you'll regret it.

Come on folks! Let's at least get out of the rain (see the quote from Jeff above).

Congress is spending us into a hole so big we'll never be able to climb out. That's exactly the way they want it....they want capitalism to die so that socialism will look good to us. We now have a large "gimme" generation who see nothing wrong with being on the public dole, and wonder why others (those of us working) even care.

Folks, I'm ramped up about this! Our nation is in danger of extinction, and if you don't speak up now, it will be your fault. We must resist with every fiber of our being, all while being respectful and submissive to current laws. I'm not asking that you trade your Christianity for political speech. I am asking that you have political speech because of your Christianity.

Please do not fall for this gloom & doom, bait & switch corruption. You will regret it if you do.

In 2008, Americans foolishly used their freedom to vote for "chains" not "change."

Life, property, speech and guns, are at the foundation of American freedom and the corrupt Chicago cabal now in charge, is aggressively coming after all of them.

And of course, the right to life itself, both inside and outside of the womb, has been a successful target of the left for more than 40 years now.

Most Americans already oppose almost every early step of the Obamessiah administration. The Democrat congress continues to enjoy the lowest public opinion rating in U.S. history. Yet Americans have no clue where their power is, how to use it, or when to say enough is enough.

Our nation's Founders knew that this day would come. "Prudence, indeed, will dictate that Governments long established should not be changed for light and transient causes; and accordingly all experience hath shewn that mankind are more disposed to suffer, while evils are sufferable than to right themselves by abolishing the forms to which they are accustomed." - Declaration of Independence

The natural tendency of a peaceful prosperous society is to quietly tolerate repeated affronts to their collective well-being, so long as the personal pain is tolerable. So long as life remains personally tolerable, the people will resist any urge to draw a line in the sand and take an individual stand against tyranny. They will suffer incremental losses, until the accumulative pain becomes personal and intolerable... and then, all of a sudden... they will awake!

You can't fight city hall! Politicians are scum, but what can we do? My vote doesn't count. Washington DC is not listening to the people. The people have no power. I don't support what they are doing, but I dare not withhold my taxes, for fear of imprisonment. Our hands are tied...

No, our hands are not tied, yet. But they will be tied soon, if we continue to tolerate that which should never be tolerated in this country. Americans MUST get the horse ahead of the cart. They must "change" themselves, before they can change anything else. And they must begin at square one!

Square One

More than 40 million innocent American children have been denied their fundamental American right to life. And even though most Americans oppose abortion on demand, they sit silent, tolerating that which they childishly thought, would never affect them personally...

Yet, if your society will not respect and defend an unalienable right to life, then you have no rights at all, beyond those temporarily afforded by your rulers, used only as a disposable tool of political gain.

I don't care what your politics are or what excuses you have adopted to justify the brutal taking of innocent life in the past. A society with NO regard for innocent human life cannot be trusted with anything else.

We can know the enemies of freedom by this single subject alone. We need look no further. We must know the enemies of freedom by this subject alone, because a complete disregard for innocent human life is at the foundation of their contempt for all other human rights, including freedom itself.

There is NO escaping this reality. This is not a litmus test. It is a non-negotiable reality and NO excuses will do. Fail to defend innocent life and you have already failed to defend individual freedom, period!

Where the right to life itself is not protected, no other rights are safe. That's why our Founders listed LIFE as the first protected unalienable right, endowed by our Creator. Whether Democrat, Republican, Libertarian or Independent, fail this fundamental test of freedom, and you can pass no other.

One Step at a Time

America reached the brink of total collapse one step at a time, over a long train of abuses and usurpations. It can only step back from the brink of extinction the same way, one step at a time.

Before Americans can save their nation, they must first save themselves. People unable to save themselves are able to save no one else. People unable to discern right from wrong in their own lives, can never choose right over wrong for their nation.

Despite living in the so-called information age, Americans are horrifically ill-informed today. As a result, they are wholly unsuited for self-governance. This is why they look for a political messiah when they no longer entrust themselves with individual choices. But there is no such thing as a political messiah. Only false political prophets...

In fact, a political messiah represents the greatest threat to freedom. No man should be trusted with governance over your life. But in the absence of well grounded self-governance, many have entrusted their lives and personal well-being to the designs of others.

In a Rasmussen report released a day or so ago, 67% respondents said they trust themselves more than government, to right current economic woes. So, why did they elect a regime that is overtly running roughshod over the vast majority of Americans who oppose everything they are doing?

It's because no matter how little trust they have for Washington DC elitists who have repeatedly demonstrated utter contempt towards every American, they actually trust themselves even less...

This too must change, now!

One Issue at a Time

If 67% of Americans truly do trust themselves more than Washington DC with their personal economic condition, they should not have allowed absolute Marxists to take unbridled control of the federal government and they had better do something to stop the current rush into socialism fast.

More than 70% of Americans polled now say that they oppose Obama's effort to stimulate the Democrat Party through a 40 year wish list of socialist voter bribes. But what are they doing to stop it from becoming the law of the land?

97% of Americans say that they believe the Second Amendment protects their individual right to keep and bear arms. Yet they will sit silent, as Obama, Pelosi, Reid, Podesta and Peters systematically take that right away.

More than 70% of Americans oppose abortion on demand, yet abortion on demand is the law of their land. How?

Americans have sat on their hands and wallets through more than 70 years of irresponsible deficit spending in Washington DC and now they wonder how the most productive and prosperous nation on earth reached the brink of bankruptcy... That's not all.

To make matters worse, they have now hired the very people responsible for our current economic calamity to fix it, and instead of stopping the digging that put America in this hole to start with; they have traded their shovel for a backhoe and are digging the hole deeper at break-neck speed.

If Obama and Co. have a successful first month in power, they will increase the national debt from $10 trillion to $15 trillion before the average American will even get a glimpse of the bill they are about to pass, with only Democrat support in congress. This won't bail America out of anything. It will toss it off of the cliff...

At what point will the American people awaken from their apathy and ignorance?

Out in the Open

This is no longer a covert operation or some crackpot conspiracy theory. You can follow the links provided and read the public documents and reports that openly confirm exactly what these anti-American thugs have in mind for the future of our country.

Most of them have worked together via a web of well funded 527 type policy think tank front groups that individually, operate below the radar of the average American. Many well-intentioned American citizens have poured money into these groups, believing that they were supporting something quite different, something quite patriotic and American.

But in what America should the voice of dissent be silenced under some insane "Fairness Doctrine" - ruled "unconstitutional" years ago? In what America should the federal government have the right to strip innocent citizens of their Second Amendment rights? In what America should the federal government be allowed to grab private property against the will of more than 70% of the people, no matter how they describe "a greater common good?"

And what American in his or her right mind would call any of these initiatives "American?"

Well, the American people have long since failed to stop their government from wasting the labors of the people under the pretense of taking care of them. The current leftist "stimulus package" will only stimulate deficit spending, government growth and federal power under the most anti-American regime to ever hold power in the United States.

No matter your political affiliations or ideological beliefs, every American will pay a heavy price for the collective ignorance and apathy that allows the most corrupt government in American history to strip away every last freedom in the name of some greater communal good...

The price will be like no other ever experienced in this country. The average American can't even begin to imagine what their future holds under the Chicago cabal.

By the time they figure it all out and react, it will be too late.

Your Power and How to Use It

You thought your power was your vote, until your vote repeatedly failed to save you from the anti-American juggernaut in DC.

In truth, your vote is only part of your power. As you have seen demonstrated over and over again in Washington DC, if you follow the money, you will find the power.

Barack Obama ran a two year presidential campaign that cost an astounding $740 million dollars, over $200 million of which was donated by unnamed overseas donors, not American citizens. Without this money, he would not be president today.

Your money is your power, in more ways then one.

There is a reason why anti-American billionaires like George Soros pour millions into 527 front groups that work around the clock to rob the American citizens of their Constitutional rights. The reason is - it works.

People who hope to save this country will have to dig deep into their own pockets to fund a counter-offensive, or they will continue to lose battle after battle. Abortion on demand is the law of the land because the pro-abortion fund is five times that of the pro-life fund.

Further, socialism requires funding via taxation without representation. So what, that you oppose everything Obama is doing, if you continue to fund it with your tax dollars just the same as if you fully agreed?

If you want to get Washington DC's attention for real, you must stop the flow of tax dollars that they must have to fund their agenda.

I know, alone, you will go to jail for doing so. But if 10 million taxpayers unite and refuse to pay, nobody will go to jail and the message will be louder than 100 million votes. Alone, you are weak and vulnerable. Nobody knows this better than the left, which always moves as a unit. You can no longer work alone to save your country...

Why Americans are Losing Their Country

In short, evil prevails wherever good people do nothing to stop it. Americans have tolerated far too much for far too long and now, they have very limited opportunity to reverse the trends.

As is usually the case, by the time a people know that they must revolt and muster the intestinal fortitude to do so, they are nearly out of the power.

Norman Mattoon Thomas (November 20, 1884 - December 19, 1968) was a leading American socialist, pacifist, and six-time presidential candidate for the Socialist Party of America.

In a 1944 presidential campaign speech, Norman Thomas said - "The American people will never knowingly adopt socialism. But, under the name of liberalism, they will adopt every fragment of the socialist program, until one day America will be a socialist nation, without knowing how it happened."

He went on to say: "I no longer need to run as a Presidential Candidate for the Socialist Party. The Democrat Party has adopted our platform."

Today, the Democratic Socialists of America (DSA) is the largest socialist organization in the United States, and the principal U.S. affiliate of the Socialist International. DSA's members are building progressive movements for social change while establishing an openly socialist presence in American communities and politics. [4]

The Democratic Socialists of America is the spin-off organization that works within the system. The old Socialist Party of America failed to succeed in working outside of the U.S. political system. So members left and started DSA-USA, to work within one of the two major political parties. The one owned by the proletariat labor movement was the natural choice.

The legislative arm of DSA is the Congressional Progressive Caucus in Washington DC, founded in 1991 by the only open member of the Socialist Party currently serving in congress, Bernie Sanders of Vermont. [5]

But its membership rolls boasts some of Washington's best known Democrat leaders today. [6]

The Bottom Line

Sooner or later, the American people will wake up. The longer it takes for them to awaken, the fewer options they will have and the more violent their reaction will be.

50% of Americans have not voted in years. The other 50% have not focused on the fundamentals in their voting, divided by a constant drumbeat of socio-economic and racially charged class warfare. So, Americans failed to use the power of their vote to stem the tide of anti-Americanism now in full control of Washington DC. Their vote is useless now...

They are currently failing to use the power of their money as well. Soon, they won't have any money.

When their votes no longer count and they are out of money, only their guns can release them from their chains. If they take your guns before they get all of your money and property, that won't be an option either.

It is my hope that Americans will wake up and use the power of their tax dollars to end the current rush to finish America off. However, I see no signs that the American people are awake and ready to fight yet.

They are very likely to wait until their guns are the only means left to defend their country, under full scale attack from within the halls of their federal government today.

As a result, every American will pay a heavy price for the apathy and ignorance that led them to this day. They will once again pay for their freedom with their blood...

Today, most will turn and look away before they can even finish reading this column, and stick their heads back in the sand even though all the proof they need is right before their eyes. The truth is indeed stranger than fiction or even the wildest conspiracy theory today.

But tomorrow they will weep for what they have allowed to happen to the greatest nation ever known to mankind.

As Thomas Jefferson stated not so long ago, "I tremble for my country when I reflect that God is just; that his justice cannot sleep forever."

Once upon a time, a white teenager from Kansas got pregnant by her black Kenyan boyfriend, Barack Obama Sr., or was it her husband? Whatever. (I say no whatever because we've never seen either marriage or divorce certificates). Some say the couple was in Kenya visiting relatives when the birth of their son, Barack Obama Jr., occurred. No matter. (I say no matter because we've never seen an authentic birth certificate). By the time the baby was two years old his father abandoned him for his other wife and child in Kenya.

I wonder how toddler Barry felt when his father left him, and never reappeared until a single time when the boy was 10. Bewildered? Sad? Lonely? Angry? What do two-year-olds do with those feelings?

It didn't take long for Barry's mother to meet and marry an Indonesian native named Lolo Soetoro. They moved to Indonesia, where her child became Barry Soetoro, took on Indonesian citizenship, and was presumably schooled in public, Christian, and Muslim schools. (I say presumably because we've never seen those school records). But when Barry was 10 years old, his mother sent him back to the U.S. to be raised by her parents, Madelyn and Stanley Dunham, although she kept her baby daughter Maya Soetoro with her.

I wonder how the by-now fully-sentient young Barry felt when his mother sent him packing. Sad? Jealous of the baby who remained behind with mommy? Confused and dizzy by the disparate cultures - languages, customs, foods, sights, sounds, schooling - he had experienced? Resentful? What did Barry do with those feelings?

By the time he was 10, the boy had been abandoned three times - by his father, stepfather, and mother. And although he was raised by his white grandparents in Hawaii - where "people of color" were not his color - he found out soon enough that his mixed-race background rendered him, in effect, an outsider. Did that make him feel self-conscious, indignant, victimized?

But he wasn't altogether an outsider. In Hawaii, young Barry met Frank Marshall Thomas, his first and perhaps most influential mentor. The infamous Marshall, a Communist activist (and self-confessed pedophile) taught Barry - was it Obama, Soetero, Dunham? - that white people were the devil incarnate and that blacks were the most "victimized" people on earth.

Yet the abandoned and rejected child was lucky. His white-devil grandparents gave him a comfortable life in Hawaii, and an education that apparently qualified him to attend several prestigious schools - Occidental College in CA, Columbia Univ. in NY City, and Harvard Law School in Cambridge, MA.(I say apparently qualified because we've never seen any of his college transcripts).

BARRY MORPHS INTO BARACK

After his undergraduate days at Columbia, Obama chose not to go to graduate school, but instead held various jobs in the Big Apple and then moved to Chicago to become a community organizer. Although he had been exposed to American exceptionalism through his life in the United States and his privileged education, it is clear that his experiences in impoverished Kenya and totalitarian Indonesia, as well as his exposure to Marshall and the other radicals he had met during his years in New York - among them the unrepentant domestic terrorists William Ayers and Bernadine Dohrn of Weather Underground infamy - made the deepest and most lasting impressions.

Their messages of American imperialism and its white-devil culture clearly resonated in the thrice-abandoned boy. In his young-adult and adult years, free to choose his friends and pursuits, he opted exclusively for far-left socialists and Marxists, and activities aimed at relieving the suffering of people he perceived to be as victimized as apparently he felt he had been. He understood their feelings of helplessness, hopelessness, and impotent rage, as well as the pain of fatherlessness. After all, his Harvard-educated father consciously chose to leave him. And his mother gave him away. Was that depressing to Barry? Infuriating?

When given the opportunity to join one of dozens of churches in Chicago, Barry - who had morphed into Barack - opted for the Trinity United Church of Christ, which was led by the fire-breathing Rev. Jeremiah Wright, whose decades-long anti-American and anti-Semitic rants apparently resonated in Obama's rejected and abandoned heart and soul. (I say apparently resonated because in over 20 years of regular attendance, Obama said he heard nothing inflammatory or anti-American, and we've never seen the videotapes of any sermon, although each one was unfailingly recorded).

"God damn America," Wright raged. "The chickens have come home to roost," he "preached" to his whooping and hollering congregation after 9/11. Obama heard nothing.

But it wasn't only Wright who Obama was attracted to in Chicago. He was also drawn to another hate-spewing radical, Rev. Louis Farrakhan, as well as to the raving Father Michael Phleger, the radical Islamist Khalid Rashidi, his friends and neighbors the Ayers, and to equally-close friends "Tony" and Rita Rezko - Tony being the notorious "fixer" and now-convicted-and-imprisoned felon for fraud, bribery, and money laundering. What did the seemingly mild-mannered Obama find so irresistible in these angry and/or crooked people and others like them? Was it the same thing that a shy man finds in his attraction to a flamboyant girlfriend - and alter-ego, a person who expresses what he really feels but is unable to give voice to?

In these relationships and in community organizing - which offers inner-city mostly-black residents job training, tutoring, and methods to organize tenants'-rights groups and voter-registration drives, etc. - the twenty-something Obama apparently found his calling, and also a renewed and burning ambition.

WITH FRIENDS LIKE THESE

While his community-organizing job paid a paltry $12,000 or so per year, Obama somehow managed to pay his way through one of the priciest graduate schools in the world, Harvard Law School. (I say somehow managed because we have no record of his tuition payments). Even more amazing, he became the first black president of the Harvard Law Review without ever producing a written paper - or at least a paper that the public has ever read.

There is a good deal of evidence that Obama's acceptance at Harvard Law - and his tuition - were facilitated by friends who had a vested interest in the community organizer. Among them was Percy Sutton, a former Manhattan borough president and ardent leftist, who was also Malcolm X's lawyer. In an interview last year, the octogenarian Sutton stated: "I was introduced to [Obama] by a friend. The friend's name was Dr. Khalid al-Mansour, and the introduction took place about 20 years ago." Sutton described al-Mansour as "the principle adviser to one of the world's richest men" and suggested that al-Mansour was raising money for Obama. Knowing that Sutton had friends at Harvard, al-Mansour asked him if he would write a letter to Harvard recommending Obama, which Sutton did most agreeably. This took place about 1988 when 27-year-old Obama was applying to Harvard Law.

Journalist Jack Cashill has credibly speculated that Obama's two memoirs were actually written by his pal Bill Ayers, who was and is a University of Illinois at Chicago English professor, having escaped life in prison on a technicality. Two years [after he was admitted to law school], Cashill writes, "while still a law student, Obama improbably received an advance to write a memoir that would be called `Dreams From My Father: A Story of Race and Inheritance,' which was published in 1995." His second memoir, published in 2006, was "The Audacity of Hope: Thoughts on Reclaiming the American Dream." (I suspect Cashill said "improbably received an advance" because, as stated earlier, Obama had not produced even one paper or distinguished himself in any way to have inspired a major publishing company to approach him).

Al this begs the question: Who writes two memoirs about himself before the age of 45? My own speculation is that it could be no one but a narcissist. As most people know in this age of pop psychology, the psychiatric disorder of narcissism derives from the Greek myth in which Narcissus, a handsome young man, became obsessed with himself and fell in love with his own image as he gazed into a pool of water. A lot of people have some degree of narcissism, which is characterized by grandiosity, an unquenchable need for admiration, unhealthy self-absorption, dependence on the affirmation of others, and also a lack of empathy, which is hidden by both personal charm and the kind of earnest language that pretends to "feel your pain."

Or he could be a malignant narcissist., which psychiatrist Dr. Otto Kernberg, a legendary leader in thought disorders, compares to a narcissist on steroids. This variety involves paranoid traits (think of Obama's thin-skinned, quasi-hysterical reactions to Rush Limbaugh and Sarah Palin), and ego-syntonic aggression, which means the person is perfectly in-sync with people who have the courage he lacks to lash out.

But consider the source! Obama's father was a self-aggrandizing narcissist who thought nothing of throwing his son away to fulfill his own ambitions and his mother also threw him away for the same reason. Talk about DNA, which Obama perfectly exhibited when, during his campaign, he unflinchingly dispensed with both his white grandmother and his black "mentor" Rev. Wright for his personal ambition.

GROOMING THE PERFECT MARXIST CANDIDATE

This leads me to only one conclusion, which I wrote about in a former article: "Obama: The Trojan Horse." My theory is that President Obama's narcissistic charm, even temperament, skill with words (teleprompter included), hunger to please, radical agenda, and subterranean rage at the "unfair" American system have been brilliantly exploited by powerful leftist radicals and Marxists in the United States, who for decades have plotted America's path to socialism. He is their pawn, totally dispensable but handy while the "aura" lasts.

These "handlers" saw in Obama the ideal blank slate on which to actualize their agenda, and they made sure the slate remained blank by concealing (or destroying) any evidence of his past, including his birth certificate, Selective Service record, visa(s), school transcripts, and other vital documents. All of which is costing his moneyed backers - including America-loathing billionaire George Soros - multimillions in lawyers' fees to fight the proliferating lawsuits that seek the truth about this stealth president.

In fact, former ambassador Alan Keyes, one of the many plaintiffs seeking proof of Obama's American citizenship, has reported that Obama's lawyers have now filed a motion "to quash our effort to obtain the relevant documents...[which] confirms Obama's ruthless determination to destroy anyone who continues to seek the information the Constitution requires. Obama thus signals his intent to bring financial ruin on those who won't accept his cover-up of the circumstances of his birth is a tactical escalation. It confirms the common sense suspicion that he won't act forthrightly in this matter because he has something to hide."

It is clear that Obama and his fellow radicals are restive. In the less-than four weeks of his presidency, the new president has taken volumes from the Marxian handbook, which dictates that the stupid masses be blitzed with an overload of information, hollow press conferences, appointments, dismantling of formerly effective national-security programs, et al., in order to set the stage for a massive, Soviet-style takeover of our government, including a civilian national security force that Obama has said should be "just as powerful, strong and well-funded as the U.S. military." Echoes of Nazi Germany in 1938, anyone?

According to writer Kyle-Anne Shrive, in Obama's ascendance:
"We have yet to see a more perfect collision of Murphy's Law with the Peter Principle. In only three weeks' time, [he] has signaled to every terrorist on the planet that we are a sorry, groveling, ashamed nation ready to come to the diplomatic confessional. He is closing Gitmo within one year, has suspended trials there, and dismissed the charges against the U.S.S. Cole plotter. [He] has just put our money where his mouth is and is using $20.3 million to bring in Palestinian refugees from Gaza...[he] had the gall to pronounce the so-called economic stimulus bill absolutely free of `earmarks' and `make-do work'...but according to the Congressional Budget Office [this bill] will do worse to our overall economy than no government action whatsoever."

And Obama has done all this with the predictable double-speak that characterizes malevolent intention, i.e., touting transparency while concealing everything, speaking of integrity while appointing crooks and incompetents riddled with conflicts-of-interest, supporting energy independence while killing off-shore and domestic oil-drilling and nuclear power, and feigning optimism while he speaks of impending "catastrophe" in order to push through a pork-laden, trillion-dollar-plus Stimulus plan that rewards the corrupt voter-fraud organization Acorn with billions and unions with discriminatory union-only labor agreements, paves the way for socialized medicine, and threatens to take away the most cherished rights of We The People.

As blogger Eric Gurr has said: "We still talk about the health care crisis, the environmental crisis, the oil crisis, the banking crisis. Let me tell you my friends you are about to learn the meaning of the only crisis that matters, the survival crisis."

You can be sure that the sad-lonely-angry two-year-old, the jealous-confused-resentful 10-year-old, the self-conscious- cheated-victimized adolescent, and the man who found solace in and identified with his hate-America mentors is now determined to redeem all of his demons.

Unfortunately, he is acting out his rage on free-market capitalism, a free press, property and gun rights, a limited constitutional government, protection of the unborn, and everything else that is good and great about our country.

This is Obama's revenge!

Dear American liberals, leftists, social progressives, socialists, Marxists, Obama supporters, et al:

We have stuck together since the late 1950's, but the whole of this latest election process has made me realize that I want a divorce. I know we tolerated each other for many years for the sake of future generations, but sadly, this relationship has run its course. Our two ideological sides of America cannot and will not ever agree on what is right, so let's just end it on friendly terms. We can smile, slate it up to irreconcilable differences, and go on our own ways.

Here is a model dissolution agreement:

Our two groups can equitably divide up the country by landmass each taking a portion. That will be the difficult part, but I am sure our two sides can come to a friendly agreement.

After that it should be relatively easy! Our respective representatives can effortlessly divide other assets since both sides have such distinct and disparate tastes. We don't like redistributive taxes so you can keep them. You are welcome to the liberal judges and the ACLU.

Since you hate guns and war, we'll take our firearms, the cops, the NRA and the military. You can keep Oprah, Michael Moore, and Rosie O'Donnell. We'll keep the capitalism, greedy corporations, pharmaceutical companies, Wal-Mart, and Wall Street. You can have your beloved homeless, homeboys, hippies, and illegal aliens. We'll keep the hot Alaskan hockey moms, greedy CEO's, and rednecks. We'll keep the Bibles and give you NBC and Hollywood .

You can make nice with Iran , Palestine , and France and we'll retain the right t o invade and hammer places that threaten us. You can have the peaceniks and war protestors. When our allies or way of life are under assault, we'll provide them job security.

We'll keep our Judeo-Christian Values. You are welcome to Islam, Scientology, Humanism, and Shirley McClain. You can have the U.N. But we will no longer be paying the bill. We'll keep the SUV's, pickup trucks, and oversized luxury cars. You can take every Subaru station wagon you can find.

You can give everyone healthcare, if you can find any practicing doctors (that is practicing, Howard Dean) who will follow to your turf (sic). We'll continue to believe healthcare is a luxury and not a right.

We'll keep The Battle Hymn of the Republic and The National Anthem. I'm sure you'll be happy to substitute Imagine, I'd Like to Teach the World to Sing, Kum Ba Ya or We Are the World.

We'll practice trickle down economics and you can give trickle up poverty its best shot.

Since it often so offends you we'll keep our History, our Name, and our Flag.

The Betrayal:

The New Hampshire state legislature took an unbelievably bold step Monday by introducing a resolution to declare certain actions by the federal government to completely totally void and warning that certain future acts will be viewed as a “breach of peace” with the states themselves that risks “nullifying the Constitution.”

This act by New Hampshire is a clear warning to the federal government that they could face being stripped of their power by the States (presumably through civil war)!

The remarkable document outlines with perfect clarity, some basics long forgotten. For instance, it reminds Congress “That the Constitution of the United States, having delegated to Congress a power to punish treason, counterfeiting the securities and current coin of the United States, piracies, and felonies committed on the high seas, and offences against the law of nations, slavery, and no other crimes whatsoever;. . . . . therefore all acts of Congress which assume to create, define, or punish crimes, other than those so enumerated in the Constitution are altogether void, and of no force;”

Federal gun crime laws? Void. Federal drug crime laws? Void. The gazzillion other federal criminal laws that deal with anything other than the specific enumerated crimes? ALL VOID.

One would think that if any lawyer anywhere in the entire country was worth his salt, all federal criminal trials would have ended years ago. This seems to prove that most lawyers are dullards.

New Hampshire deals a complete death blow to the pending federal hate crimes legislation by pointing out “That, therefore, all acts of Congress of the United States which do abridge the freedom of religion, freedom of speech, freedom of the press, are not law, but are altogether void, and of no force; . . . . .”

Later in the Resolution, New Hampshire makes clear what the feds are now risking if they proceed further: The removal of all powers from the federal government by the States!

Quoting directly from the Resolution: “That any Act by the Congress of the United States, Executive Order of the President of the United States of America or Judicial Order by the Judicatories of the United States of America which assumes a power not delegated to the government of United States of America by the Constitution for the United States of America and which serves to diminish the liberty of the any of the several States or their citizens shall constitute a nullification of the Constitution for the United States of America by the government of the United States of America. Acts which would cause such a nullification include, but are not limited to:

I. Establishing martial law or a state of emergency within one of the States comprising the United States of America without the consent of the legislature of that State.

II. Requiring involuntary servitude, or governmental service other than a draft during a declared war, or pursuant to, or as an alternative to, incarceration after due process of law.

III. Requiring involuntary servitude or governmental service of persons under the age of 18 other than pursuant to, or as an alternative to, incarceration after due process of law.

IV. Surrendering any power delegated or not delegated to any corporation or foreign government.

V. Any act regarding religion; further limitations on freedom of political speech; or further limitations on freedom of the press.

VI. Further infringements on the right to keep and bear arms including prohibitions of type or quantity of arms or ammunition; and

That should any such act of Congress become law or Executive Order or Judicial Order be put into force, all powers previously delegated to the United States of America by the Constitution for the United States shall revert to the several States individually.”

I [Pat Dollard] have reported on this blog for quite some time that we here in the United States are heading toward Civil War. Many of you told me I was a nut for thinking that.

The simple fact is that we are long overdue for another Rebellion in this nation and I heartily endorse the idea of having one again very soon; preferably starting THIS year!

We must stop our federal government dead in its tracks because it is out of control and very dangerous. If stopping them means attacking them and destroying them by force, then so be it.

In the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand Nine

A RESOLUTION affirming States’ rights based on Jeffersonian principles.

Whereas the Constitution of the State of New Hampshire, Part 1, Article 7 declares that the people of this State have the sole and exclusive right of governing themselves as a free, sovereign, and independent State; and do, and forever hereafter shall, exercise and enjoy every power, jurisdiction, and right, pertaining thereto, which is not, or may not hereafter be, by them expressly delegated to the United States of America in congress assembled; and

Whereas the Constitution of the State of New Hampshire, Part 2, Article 1 declares that the people inhabiting the territory formerly called the province of New Hampshire, do hereby solemnly and mutually agree with each other, to form themselves into a free, sovereign and independent body-politic, or State, by the name of The State of New Hampshire; and

Whereas the State of New Hampshire when ratifying the Constitution for the United States of America recommended as a change, “First That it be Explicitly declared that all Powers not expressly & particularly Delegated by the aforesaid are reserved to the several States to be, by them Exercised;” and

Whereas the other States that included recommendations, to wit Massachusetts, New York, North Carolina, Rhode Island and Virginia, included an identical or similar recommended change; and

Whereas these recommended changes were incorporated as the ninth amendment, the enumeration in the Constitution, of certain rights, shall not be construed to deny or disparage others retained by the people, and the tenth amendment, the powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are reserved to the States respectively, or to the people, to the Constitution for the United States of America; now, therefore, be it

Resolved by the House of Representatives, the Senate concurring:

That the several States composing the United States of America, are not united on the principle of unlimited submission to their General Government; but that, by a compact under the style and title of a Constitution for the United States, and of amendments thereto, they constituted a General Government for special purposes, — delegated to that government certain definite powers, reserving, each State to itself, the residuary mass of right to their own self-government; and that whensoever the General Government assumes undelegated powers, its acts are unauthoritative, void, and of no force; that to this compact each State acceded as a State, and is an integral party, its co-States forming, as to itself, the other party: that the government created by this compact was not made the exclusive or final judge of the extent of the powers delegated to itself; since that would have made its discretion, and not the Constitution, the measure of its powers; but that, as in all other cases of compact among powers having no common judge, each party has an equal right to judge for itself, as well of infractions as of the mode and measure of redress; and

That the Constitution of the United States, having delegated to Congress a power to punish treason, counterfeiting the securities and current coin of the United States, piracies, and felonies committed on the high seas, and offences against the law of nations, slavery, and no other crimes whatsoever; and it being true as a general principle, and one of the amendments to the Constitution having also declared, that “the powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are reserved to the States respectively, or to the people,” therefore all acts of Congress which assume to create, define, or punish crimes, other than those so enumerated in the Constitution are altogether void, and of no force; and that the power to create, define, and punish such other crimes is reserved, and, of right, appertains solely and exclusively to the respective States, each within its own territory; and

That it is true as a general principle, and is also expressly declared by one of the amendments to the Constitution, that “the powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are reserved to the States respectively, or to the people;” and that no power over the freedom of religion, freedom of speech, or freedom of the press being delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, all lawful powers respecting the same did of right remain, and were reserved to the States or the people: that thus was manifested their determination to retain to themselves the right of judging how far the licentiousness of speech and of the press may be abridged without lessening their useful freedom, and how far those abuses which cannot be separated from their use should be tolerated, rather than the use be destroyed. And thus also they guarded against all abridgment by the United States of the freedom of religious opinions and exercises, and retained to themselves the right of protecting the same. And that in addition to this general principle and express declaration, another and more special provision has been made by one of the amendments to the Constitution, which expressly declares, that “Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof, or abridging the freedom of speech or of the press:” thereby guarding in the same sentence, and under the same words, the freedom of religion, of speech, and of the press: insomuch, that whatever violated either, throws down the sanctuary which covers the others, and that libels, falsehood, and defamation, equally with heresy and false religion, are withheld from the cognizance of federal tribunals. That, therefore, all acts of Congress of the United States which do abridge the freedom of religion, freedom of speech, freedom of the press, are not law, but are altogether void, and of no force; and

That the construction applied by the General Government (as is evidenced by sundry of their proceedings) to those parts of the Constitution of the United States which delegate to Congress a power “to lay and collect taxes, duties, imports, and excises, to pay the debts, and provide for the common defense and general welfare of the United States,” and “to make all laws which shall be necessary and proper for carrying into execution the powers vested by the Constitution in the government of the United States, or in any department or officer thereof,” goes to the destruction of all limits prescribed to their power by the Constitution: that words meant by the instrument to be subsidiary only to the execution of limited powers, ought not to be so construed as themselves to give unlimited powers, nor a part to be so taken as to destroy the whole residue of that instrument: that the proceedings of the General Government under color of these articles, will be a fit and necessary subject of revisal and correction; and

That a committee of conference and correspondence be appointed, which shall have as its charge to communicate the preceding resolutions to the Legislatures of the several States; to assure them that this State continues in the same esteem of their friendship and union which it has manifested from that moment at which a common danger first suggested a common union: that it considers union, for specified national purposes, and particularly to those specified in their federal compact, to be friendly to the peace, happiness and prosperity of all the States: that faithful to that compact, according to the plain intent and meaning in which it was understood and acceded to by the several parties, it is sincerely anxious for its preservation: that it does also believe, that to take from the States all the powers of self-government and transfer them to a general and consolidated government, without regard to the special delegations and reservations solemnly agreed to in that compact, is not for the peace, happiness or prosperity of these States; and that therefore this State is determined, as it doubts not its co-States are, to submit to undelegated, and consequently unlimited powers in no man, or body of men on earth: that in cases of an abuse of the delegated powers, the members of the General Government, being chosen by the people, a change by the people would be the constitutional remedy; but, where powers are assumed which have not been delegated, a nullification of the act is the rightful remedy: that every State has a natural right in cases not within the compact, (casus non foederis), to nullify of their own authority all assumptions of power by others within their limits: that without this right, they would be under the dominion, absolute and unlimited, of whosoever might exercise this right of judgment for them: that nevertheless, this State, from motives of regard and respect for its co-States, has wished to communicate with them on the subject: that with them alone it is proper to communicate, they alone being parties to the compact, and solely authorized to judge in the last resort of the powers exercised under it, Congress being not a party, but merely the creature of the compact, and subject as to its assumptions of power to the final judgment of those by whom, and for whose use itself and its powers were all created and modified: that if the acts before specified should stand, these conclusions would flow from them: that it would be a dangerous delusion were a confidence in the men of our choice to silence our fears for the safety of our rights: that confidence is everywhere the parent of despotism — free government is founded in jealousy, and not in confidence; it is jealousy and not confidence which prescribes limited constitutions, to bind down those whom we are obliged to trust with power: that our Constitution has accordingly fixed the limits to which, and no further, our confidence may go. In questions of power, then, let no more be heard of confidence in man, but bind him down from mischief by the chains of the Constitution. That this State does therefore call on its co-States for an expression of their sentiments on acts not authorized by the federal compact. And it doubts not that their sense will be so announced as to prove their attachment unaltered to limited government, whether general or particular. And that the rights and liberties of their co-States will be exposed to no dangers by remaining embarked in a common bottom with their own. That they will concur with this State in considering acts as so palpably against the Constitution as to amount to an undisguised declaration that that compact is not meant to be the measure of the powers of the General Government, but that it will proceed in the exercise over these States, of all powers whatsoever: that they will view this as seizing the rights of the States, and consolidating them in the hands of the General Government, with a power assumed to bind the States, not merely as the cases made federal, (casus foederis,) but in all cases whatsoever, by laws made, not with their consent, but by others against their consent: that this would be to surrender the form of government we have chosen, and live under one deriving its powers from its own will, and not from our authority; and that the co-States, recurring to their natural right in cases not made federal, will concur in declaring these acts void, and of no force, and will each take measures of its own for providing that neither these acts, nor any others of the General Government not plainly and intentionally authorized by the Constitution, shall be exercised within their respective territories; and

That the said committee be authorized to communicate by writing or personal conferences, at any times or places whatever, with any person or person who may be appointed by any one or more co-States to correspond or confer with them; and that they lay their proceedings before the next session of the General Court; and

That any Act by the Congress of the United States, Executive Order of the President of the United States of America or Judicial Order by the Judicatories of the United States of America which assumes a power not delegated to the government of United States of America by the Constitution for the United States of America and which serves to diminish the liberty of the any of the several States or their citizens shall constitute a nullification of the Constitution for the United States of America by the government of the United States of America. I found it sadly ironic that on today's show you decried the lack of media attention regarding the tragedy that is occurring in Mexico at the hands of the drug lords. Indeed, it is a tragedy that thousands of people have lost their lives. How much greater a tragedy is it that nobody in the media will even allow an honest, open discussion about the constitutional issues surrounding Mr. Obama's ineligibility to be the president of this country? That tragedy encompasses hundreds of thousands of our citizens who have lost their lives while upholding their oaths to defend our constitution.

Why is it that you are so fearful of even having a truthful conversation about it? We tried to get your attention over the weekend by sending you a few emails. All we are asking is for you to have a conversation about it--and we are not even asking that it be done on air (for we have no desire to publicly embarrass you when you finally realize the seriousness of this crisis).

This plea will be posted on forums and blogs across the internet, as there are many people waiting to hear if you will finally enter into this dialogue.
