Are You Tired of Failed Leadership?

From America's Independent Party, America's Forum: http://www.aipnews.com/talk/forums/thread-view.asp?tid=6146&posts=9

The Democrats and Republicans have failed, miserably, in leadership. What they have done exceptionally well, I'm sorry to say, is transform our political process such that government of, by, and for the People is in danger of perishing. A new party started last year is now the third largest national party as measured by number of registered voters -- and that's with registration possible only in two states at this point. If you agree with the particulars...laid out, I hope you'll check out America's Independent Party. AIP has learned from the mistakes of the other parties, and has an innovative structure and a comprehensive plan to change the way politics is done.

The accelerating rush into socialism has been the product of both dominant parties. They are like two wings on a ravenous vulture flying the wrong direction. When it came time for Congress to count the Electoral College votes and fulfill their explicit Constitutional role of ensuring that the President-elect is actually qualified to serve, not one of the incumbent Representative or Senators stood up and even questioned whether Obama meets the natural born citizen requirement. These incumbents have thus proved they are unworthy. It is high time to throw all the bums out.

The only way to break through the corruption is to have a way to offer voters a God-fearing, liberty-loving, sovereignty-conserving candidate on the ballot in every race come November 2010. The Democratic and Republican primaries rarely allow such candidates to emerge. AIP's plan uses a personal affiliation agreement -- only those who agree with the fundamental principles, like we're all endowed by our Creator with unalienable rights, get a vote in selecting our nominees. If you agree with those principles, we want you to help choose our candidates, no matter what party you've checked on your voter registration.

If candidates who agree with our principles are running under another party's banner, AIP will support them too. We've already been successful in that, in the special Congressional election to fill the seat vacated by Rahm Emanual in Illinois. There was conservative running in the GOP primary. AIP activated our volunteer phone bank to call into the district and let voters know about her and urging them to vote for her. We made thousands of calls, and she credited AIP when she won by about a hundred votes. The general election was about a month later. The national, state and county GOP didn't lift a finger to help this conservative, but AIP did. We had volunteers from Illinois, Michigan, Iowa and even from as far away as Texas come to Chicago and walk the precincts knocking on doors and handing out literature.

So if America's Principles are more important to you than party label, there's one party that agrees with you. http://www.aipnews.com/Affiliate.asp
